Faith had to leave the hotel after Buffy just walking in and insulting her right on the spot all because Faith was sparing with Angel. It pissed her off who did Buffy think she was Miss Perfect who can get anything, and everything she wanted we'll to Faith that was bull shit. Slamming open the hotel doors walking now outside on the street. Faith just needed to clear her head before she ended up really nailing Buffy and it was not going to be easy to contain her anger. Grinning between her and Spike Angel kept complain about the smoking so what if was a stress reliever much better then taking a dagger and plunging it into someone chest, but Buffy needed to learn to keep her mouth shut or something bad was going to happen. Faith left Sunnydale to get away from Buffy since apparently Buffy yells at her for going out and doing her job instead of researching with the gang.. Everyone knew Faith was not a book worm in fact she hated it and Miss perfect Buffy saunters in the hotel like she owns it it was like everywhere Faith went there was that blond slayer always up in her face.
Reaching into her jacket pocket pulling out a pack of smokes she wondered if Spike took some of hers since Faith was missing a few god why can't Buffy just go back to where she came from. Hitting her pack against her hand as a cigarette came out into her hand, and putting the pack back in her jacket. Reaching she lit her cig before placing it between her lips taking a puff oh faith was beyond mad no she was much bigger then Buffy, and would not stoop down to her level since Buffy always thought to be the head cheese it was enough to make Faith cringe. Leaning her back against the Hotel building taking another long drag of her cig sitting on the dumpster, oh how she would like to just kick Buffy's ass all over the road why couldn't she stay home where she belonged. Faith was needed here and Angel did send for her so she came, but no way in hell will Faith be insulted by a cheerleader.
"Buffy thinks she can just walk in Angel's life and everything alright that was crap" Faith said a bit also reaching for her small flask okay so this she did stole from Spike, but hey to Faith it was always borrowing and not stealing. Opening the flask taking a long drink from it she was getting sick in Sunnydale being compared to Buffy. This is Faith she the killer slayer, and you don't want to be like her, but then you want to be like Buffy and be a big hero. Faith stopped Angelus and broke out of prison doing it what was Buffy's excuse, but oh well miss slayer is here now Faith could deal with it. Rubbing the bite on her neck Angelus did claim her by that mark so maybe she did have something over dear Buffy. Kicking the dumpster watching everyone either open their stores or go home.

Out at night, kicking some demon ass. Nothing unusual there - it was something Spike had been doing for a hell of a long time. Since that chip had been shoved in his head, by those military wankers...though, also before that. He did like fighting, always had, and if he hadn't been able to find another vampire or Slayer, demons were good to grab and whack and rip apart. And he was in a fighting mood, for one reason, quite simply - Buffy was back in town.
Spike wasn't sure what to do about that. Oh, sure, the Slayer might know that he was no longer ash buried underneath the Hellmouth, because he highly doubted that the twerp Andrew had kept his mouth shut, but still. He didn't want to face her right now...which was why he was out and about and...well, kicking ass. Now he was just wandering around, looking for something to fight, and also just something to do. He could pop into a club or something, maybe, but the stinks of them were just...icky right now.
The bleach blonde closed his eyes, letting the wind whip into his face, He'd trawled the alleys already, right now he was standing on a rooftop, looking up at the night sky and simply scenting the city below. These smells, he did like. Sure, Spike wasn't a big fan of being alone though, so he hadn't been up here that long. And he already wanted to get down. Sighing, he ran his hand over his hair, wanting to go back...but not wanting to face a certain blonde. He stood still for a moment, unable to make up his mind, but then paused, tipping his head to the side and scenting the air.
Smoke. Familiar smoke as well. He narrowed his eyes slightly, then snorted, moving to the edge of the building and quickly jumping over the side, landing neatly on the alley floor. Scenting the air again, he turned a corner, then cocked an eyebrow at the familiar figure of the second Slayer, just in time to catch her words. He couldn't stop himself next, couldn't stop his eyes widening either, or his voice sounding, even to his own ears, rather pathetic.
"She's back with Angel?"

Faith had a feeling someone was out here with her and that she wasn't alone sure she heard about Spike coming back from amulet boy that must be some adventure she was curious to ask him about it. Sometimes it made Faith laugh seeing Angel and Spike fight over things why the hell would both vampires even worry about that slayer. Grinning Spike was near Faith always could smell him, and plus all that you had to look for to find Faith was her trail of smoke. leaping off the dumpster noticing the blond vampire it looked like no one could stay dead. "Spike had a feeling it was you and no Angel want nothing to do with Buffy that way trust me" Faith knew what Spike was thinking did he seriously have a thing for Buffy? God Spike could do much better, but that was just her opinion. Reaching for her pack of cigarettes throwing them to Spike if he wanted a smoke the good thing about the vampire she had someone to smoke with.
"So, you never will believe what all has happened here in Los Angeles Anya is back from the dead can you believe it? I seen her at Lorne's bar and now Dawn is here she ran from Sunnydale sneaking back here. I told her you were here and i am sure she like to see you Spike" Faith couldn't blame Dawn really it must been hard being left out from everyone almost ignored. She knew how it felt to much being that Buffy always had to jump her case over something, but reaching back in her pocket she handed him his flask back that stuff was pretty good. "There your liquor I don't know what that stuff is but that is some good shit there Spike, So why are you out here? Just out of curiosity besides not like we both don't have nothing to do." Did Spike really wanted to know why Faith was angry we'll she could tell him it was better then leaving it cooped inside her.
"Buffy comes into the training room with me and Angel and gets all up in my case. You know oh me and Angel are touching and bunch of crap like that I love to nail her just one punch" Finishing her cigarette Faith pulled out another one lighting it taking a long drag from it sure she patrol a little. Buffy saying she was the one that slacked off when truth be told Faith wanted to fight not sit and make friends she liked everyone to a degree except Buffy just assumes that she done all the bad things. " Are you and angel still fighting? it kinda amuses me watching you both go back and forth with your witty comments" Grins a bit to Spike.

Spike didn't bother hiding his relief - he probably couldn't have even if he had wanted to. "Oh. Good." But then he paused, tipping his head to the side and frowning a little. His boot scuffed the stone floor of the alley. He didn't need to think of anything like that - he was over the Slayer.
To be honest, he'd never been in love with her at all. It had only taken dying to really see that. But he still cared for her. And he couldn't help remember the last time Buffy and Angel had gotten together - involving the release of Angelus. And that...That had not been good.
"Demon Bint?" he sounded slightly amazed, which he was, as he leant against the wall and flicked on cigarette out of the packet, passed it back, the dug his trusted silver zeppo lighter out of his duster pocket. "And the Nibblet?"
Did he want to see them? Yes. But no...that was Sunnydale. He'd died there, and still maintained the whole belief that you couldn't really have a better exit than burning beneath Sunnydale to save the world. He'd have to think about that.
He chuckled slightly. "We fight, o' course. It's rather fun...Oh! Who would win in a fight, cavemen or astronauts? Cause, that one went on for days, and had the whole of the evil dark place split over it. Was quite amusing..." If Fred hadn't died, that is. He fell quiet again. Yeah... "But, we ain't trying to kill one another now. Mainly cause he knows I can kick his arse. I'd like to think we're friends, y'know?"[/color

Grins a bit listening to Spike he always had something to say and that is why she liked hanging out with Spike he was down to earth and never judged her because what she is. Sure bad news, but hey it can't be worse then Spike. "So was it painful I mean the entire burning up with Sunnydale? I don't plan on going back to Sunnydale this is my home now" It was true she was Angel and Spike's slayer with a big twist there was not enough room for two slayers, but then again maybe that is why they could never get along. Taking her pack of cigarettes back she took out another one lighting it leaning her back against the wall one boot lifted up. "Yeah Dawn going to stay with me for now, but I am sure Buffy will come collect her then leave. You should heard what angel said"
Faith could not help but laugh it was pretty funny maybe there smoking was a bad habit it's not Spike can't die from it or even Faith for that matter, but they had to go some way one way or another. "Angel mentioned about me and you smoking to much the basement smells like a crack house which I guess is kinda true smoking relieves stress" Sure Faith can never make up for the lives she took that is where she felt close to spike and Angel faith understood how it was to have blood on your hands that you can't get off. Moving over to offer him a seat on the dumpster as she planted her arse back onto the lid the night was young, and the wind felt amazing on her skin.

"As I said to Percy when he asked - blood boiling? Bones charing? Eyeballs bubbling in my sockets, skin peeling away piece by piace? No, not painful at all," He rolled his eyes, making sure each word of the last sentence was heavily with sarcasm. He sould be sarcastic. It was who he was really. "So...there still is a Sunnydale? I wasn't sure, y'know...with the whole dying beneath it bit."
Not that he would go back. He was here now, with Angel and Blue, and now Faith, and going back would only be for the Nibblet. And maybe Harris. Perhaps even Andrew, actually, if the kid had kept his word. But he could have gone to Buffy, when he'd first lost his ghostiness, but he hadn't. "There is no finer way to die," he said softly, tipping his head back to look up at the sky through a plume of smoke, "Than burning up in a blaze of glory."
Huh. Did that sound poetic, or was it just him?
"Angel's a poufter," Spike said with a chuckle, "A nice enough poufter, but still, course it'd get up his nut that we smoke. Actually, I think it's just that I smoke and you've started doing it around him as well. I've never been one for, y'know...moving away." No fun in that at all.

Chuckles listening to Spike describe coming back from the dead boy that must of been some adventure. "I got to say that sounds just so much fun" She said sarcastically taking another puff from her cig leaning back against the brick wall. She was going to patrol tonight maybe the company would be good since Spike was alright in her book, and might as well have some company wile Angel was busy. "Come on thought I go kick some demon ass could use a partner it's a nest of them. Momma already got me" Shows him the slash on her arm boy that mother was not to happy. "Hate to see the father" Listening to Spike actually make a small poem she could not help but laugh at him so Angel was right about Spike and his poetry. "Very nice Spike I can see you are a poet and nothing beats going up in flames. Breaking out of jail for me was a blaze of fun just so I can stop Angelus from going all psycho on us."
Wesley what he said to her did stick in the back of her mind she will aways be a rabid dog and sure all the good she did maybe will never make up for what she did. Leaping off the dumpster handing Spike a stake in case he did decide to go with her. "Do you believe in redemption Spike? I mean I know I am a killer and I just wonder if maybe redemption not for me. Angel had a dark side, but me it was all me. You know the crimes I did knew what I was doing" Faith said sure she has caused enough death in her time maybe not enough to top Angel and Spike, but she was up there. Least everything was cleared up and she could stay out of prison so everything worked out. "I got murder two twenty five to life so yeah it was nice shocked Wesley needed me out of jail" It was funny when she just smashed through the prison glass.
Grinning looking to Spike remembering Wesley visit to the prison she was out of retirement and that was a great thing. "Looks like I am back out of retirement and I know the gang or least Cordy don't trust me, but Connor wanting to fight me the only way they could help Angel was to bring someone who could be just as vicious as Angelus. "Guess Wes thought I could be as vicious as Angelus. I know you were not here when that happened then after everything Angel asked me if I stay here be a slayer. So now I am Los Angeles vampire slayer. Since you and me and Angelus are all animals" Chuckles some.

"Oh, he was fantastic. Two thumbs up. Three, even. I'll cut one of the Poufter's off and use that." Wait, he couldn't do anything to Angel, could he? They were friends now. Blimey, that was a bloody odd thought. But oh well, they still fought. And Spike was good now. He raised an eyebrow. "Already been doing that all night, luv, where have you been?" No slime though. Thank god.
He snorted. Poet. Yeah, okay, so he was a poet. But also a romantic and a lover and a good man, according to Buffy. "Huh? Angel's souls falling off again? Bloody wanker should buy some better glue for it, shouldn't he?" Spike wasn't worried. Not really. Not...alright, he was, because last time, it had not been pleasent. He nodded to himself. Angel was so getting some glue for Christmas this year.
"Redemption? That's Angel's lark. It's there, but I don't give a damn about it. Don't give a piss about the powers up there, just in it for the fight. Don't want to become human again. Have to get used to all those icky body functions, wouldn't I? Again." Angel and his dark side. Spike sighed, and shook his head. "Do you know what a soul does, luv? It doesn't make a completely new personality. It just bangs a load of guilt on you, too much in his case. He pushed the demon down, so when it came out again, it was cuckoo. You can't do that. Look at me, I'm fine."
Although, he was different. For a start, he'd not been as much as a monster as Angelus, not William the Bloody. Second only to him, maybe, but not as bad. And he'd asked for his soul. That seemed to count for a lot.
